How do Atlas, Workspace, and Sentinel fit together?
Atlas helps you surface and inspect comparator evidence. Workspace organizes diligence, assumptions, scenarios, and reviewable outputs. Sentinel is in development for following changes. Access and available capabilities are separate for each product.
Does my account include every product?
An account identifies you; product permissions determine what you can use. Check the product directory and active organization. If access is required, follow the displayed instructions or contact us.
Can I use Workspace with an individual account?
Workspace is available to enterprise organizations. You need membership in an organization with Workspace access and the appropriate product permission. An individual sign-up does not include Workspace. Contact sales to request access for your organization, or ask your organization administrator about an existing invitation.
Which sources can I use in Atlas?
Use the source availability shown for your account and landscape. You can include sources the platform has activated. An unavailable source or separately displayed preview is not automatically eligible for comparison or model analysis.
Does an empty result mean there is no evidence?
It means no records were returned only if that source search completed successfully. Search terms, coverage, partial execution, and unavailable sources can all affect what you see. Missing evidence is not a negative scientific finding.
When does Atlas use a research run?
Source retrieval and evidence preparation are separate from the model-assisted research action. Review the displayed allowance and selected scope before starting research. Its answer analyzes eligible selected evidence and does not establish an exhaustive search.
Can I use Atlas to choose a treatment or rank efficacy?
Atlas is a comparator-surfacing and evidence-inspection tool. It does not diagnose, recommend treatment, declare benefit-risk, or justify efficacy rankings across incomparable studies.
What does export verification prove?
For an artifact that supports verification, it checks the relationship to the issued artifact and its recorded version information. It does not certify a scientific conclusion, commercial forecast, or investment decision. Check the verification information on the specific output.
What information should I avoid submitting?
Do not submit patient-level data, PHI, credentials, or material you lack permission to use. Atlas public-source questions and confidential Workspace diligence have different data contexts. Review the product instructions and privacy policy before uploading information.
Can I start using Sentinel?
Sentinel is in development. Its product page describes the intended direction; monitoring and alerting are not available through that page. Contact us to discuss the monitoring workflow you need.
