Atlas compares trial records field by field. Workspace keeps the evidence, assumptions and scenarios of an asset case on record. Sentinel, in development, is being built to follow what changes.

Atlas

One trial, its registry records together.

Atlas shows who else is in an indication, by phase and status, from ClinicalTrials.gov, CTIS and the EU Clinical Trials Register. It groups a trial's records across them as one study, linked only through trial numbers in those records, read by fixed rules.

  • Every registry record for the trialClinicalTrials.gov, CTIS and EU Clinical Trials Register records for the same trial sit together as one study. Atlas groups them only through trial numbers in the records, read by fixed rules, never on similar titles.
  • Read the record, not a summaryEach cell links to the registry field it was read from. Reported and missing stay distinguishable.
  • Keep the context in the tablePopulation, design and evidence limits sit beside the comparison, not in a source document somewhere else.
  • Program names from company filingsSearch interventions by a drug target PhaseFolio has reviewed and Atlas adds the programs that company SEC filings tie to it, each with its sentence quoted as filed. Other names a filing gives a program are shown beside it, not merged.

Workspace

One deal record, from first screen to sign-off.

Workspace keeps a biopharma deal in one private record: the companies on it, each asset's indication plans and rNPV model, the terms under negotiation and the committee's decision. Every value shows the inputs behind it, and every decision shows who signed it.

  • One record for the caseAsset context, evidence and assumptions stay together, so everyone works from the same inputs.
  • Assumptions you can argue withEach scenario shows the assumptions that produce it. Change one and the output changes in view.
  • Snapshots that stay putVersioned snapshots and reviewable exports record what the case said on a given date.

Sentinel

In development

What changed, and when.

Sentinel is being developed to follow the programs and landscapes a team chooses and show which public facts changed, when, and the source behind each change.

  • Chosen records onlyChanges across the programs and landscapes a team has chosen to follow, and nothing else.
  • The source behind each changeEach update links to the record it came from.
  • A durable review recordWhat was reviewed, and what still needs attention, kept on record.

Sentinel is in development. Monitoring and alerts are not available yet.
