Since our first release: what the registries changed

We compared four trial landscapes between ClinicalTrials.gov data as of 6 October and 9 October 2026. Three registry records changed. The EU registries were not refreshed in that window.

What we compared

Our first reference release read ClinicalTrials.gov as of 6 October 2026. Our second reads it as of 9 October 2026. We compared every registry record in four saved datasets: anti-TL1A antibodies, atopic dermatitis, datopotamab deruxtecan and risdiplam.

We looked at six things only: newly registered studies, overall status, phase, enrolment, primary completion date and new links between registries. A value is listed only when the registry record itself was updated. Changes in how we process records are not registry news and are left out.

Three days is a short window. Three records changed.

The datopotamab deruxtecan and risdiplam datasets had no change in these fields. You can open the anti-TL1A, datopotamab deruxtecan and risdiplam example datasets, which show the same studies as of 6 October.

The EU side

We compared the CTIS and EU Clinical Trials Register records in the same four datasets. None had new content, because those registries were not refreshed between these two releases. That says nothing about the trials themselves.

A registry we have not re-read is not a registry with nothing to report, so we say which registries were refreshed instead of letting silence read as news.
